We give a up to 3 month full warranty on all other brands of model railroad.
You will receive a warranty certificate!
In case of a different warranty period it will be clearly mentioned.
We offer Full warranty, labour and parts.
Defects caused by wear and tear, outside influences and ignorant use are not under warranty.

Buying used items via internet can have a small risk. The product could be different then your expectation.
That’s why we have a “no good, Money back” guarantee. You buy without risk. The only costs you may have are the expenses for returning the items. After receiving the items you have five days to let us know if you want to return an item.
Only items which are in 100% the same condition as day they where shipped by Grootspoor.com can be excepted for return.
